 Jordan Black, COO of Campus Living Solutions, is a North Carolina native with 15 years of experience in the housing industry. Known for his strengths in sales, account management, and operations, he brings a relationship-driven approach to every client. A former ICU nurse, Jordan developed a calm, accountable leadership style that carries into his work today. He oversees daily operations, ensuring seamless service, including cart rentals and logistics support. Respected for his authenticity and problem-solving ability, Jordan is committed to delivering reliable, people-first solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his two young sons. 

Kelly Frizelle serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Campus Living Solutions, bringing extensive experience in brand development, strategic marketing, client relations, and business growth. With a strong background in creating impactful campaigns and building lasting partnerships, Kelly helps position CLS as a trusted leader in university housing support services. Her expertise in marketing strategy, communications, and customer engagement strengthens the company’s visibility and outreach nationwide. Kelly’s leadership plays a key role in expanding the CLS brand while delivering innovative marketing solutions that connect with universities, housing departments, and campus partners across the country. 

 Leyton Beaver is a senior financial executive with 30+ years of experience in investing, capital allocation, and strategic leadership. As CFO of Campus Living Solutions, he oversees financial operations, investment strategy, and capital planning. His expertise spans public and private markets, with a focus on disciplined, long-term returns. Leyton works closely with leadership on risk management, liquidity, and governance, ensuring efficient resource allocation across the business. Known for clear judgment and thoughtful analysis, he helps drive sustainable growth and long-term value while supporting operational efficiency across services and infrastructure. 

 As Chief Revenue Officer at Campus Living Solutions, I partner with colleges and universities to deliver reliable, high-quality student living solutions—from mattresses and university furniture to appliances and logistics. We also provide cart rentals, including move-in and moving carts, to simplify transitions. Previously, I founded Dormi, a nationwide mattress rental company focused on improving student sleep and wellness. That experience gave me deep insight into higher education operations and student needs. I work closely with campus teams to enhance comfort, boost retention, and streamline processes by providing dependable, student-focused solutions that are easy to implement and manage.
